Serena WilliamsCalls Umpire "Liar
And A Thief"
Serena
Williams has furiously accused a US Open umpire of sexism following a tense
final where she described the tennis official as a "thief and a
liar". The 36-year-old accused Ramos of being a thief and angrily demanded
an apology - insisting she had only been given an innocent thumbs-up. A second
code violation along with a point penalty then followed for racket smashing,
with Williams exploding in rage.
