Lionel Messi Scores First PSG Goal vs. Man City in Champions League

In his third start for PSG, Lionel Messi finally has his first goal for the club—and it came in memorable fashion against Manchester City.

With PSG already leading 1-0 in the 74th minute, Messi finished off a quick counterattack by cutting in from the right and finding Kylian Mbappé at the edge of the penalty box. Mbappé, always looking for the quick one-two, rolled a pass back to Messi before the Argentina star buried his shot into the top corner for his 121st career Champions League goal—and his first for anyone but Barcelona.

Liverpool draws Manchester City 2:2 at Anfield as they continue their unbeaten run.

Liverpool and Manchester City played out a 2-2 draw on Sunday evening.

In a thrilling encounter that swung back and forth, City dominated the first-half and were unlucky to go into the break on level terms with the hosts.

Jurgen Klopp's side reacted well after the break. They took the lead in the 59th minute after Sadio Mane latched onto a lovely through ball before firing home. Phil Foden levelled the game in the 69th minute. Mohamed Salah put Liverpool ahead again in the 76th minute after a brilliant Jinking run down the right, before firing past Ederson. However, Kevin De Bruyne struck with less than 10 minutes left on the clock to ensure the game finished level.
