We need to also know that it is only the grasses upon which these two Elephants fight that will be stunted and killed, while other grasses where there is no fighting, will continue to grow and glow well to become even forest, where beautiful birds and other wonderful creatures come to feast.
ASUU and FG; the two Elephants always fighting, killing innocent grasses, the students, who might have been unfortunate to grow on the wrestling ring.
Since February 14, 2022 when the atmosphere was cool, dripping love as many couples and families were planning an unforgettable love feast to mark the Valentine's day, ASUU marked instead a heart break as they embarked on a month warning strike.
Anticipating, maybe ASUU would marry back and mend ways with her love after the completion of their first separation, but all effort to make amends proved futile as the presiding power refused to let relationship continue, then breakup lingered.
Today September 1 2022 is another new month to watch before mid-month, so liberty would avail us the right to say the strike is now 7 months. VII months???
The grasses didn't offend, but their fate are decided by the two Elephants who would at anytime prefer to chose incessant wrestling over peace making.
Are the grasses usually considered?
Six months gone without a reply. Six months is almost 200days. A year, 12months is just 365 days. Another version of Russian-Ukraine war? ASUU and FG would make history of the longest civil battle ever fought? Maybe next achievement to add to their portfolios?
A lot of questions yet unanswered...
The grasses have been dealt with beyond repair. Each time they look at their kinds on the upper ground, they see great exploits, made between the time they have been trampled upon by the two mighty Elephants without a help.
The heart of the students bleed more than the pain ASUU and FG are taking up on this struggle. Other students in the private institutions and abroad have made headway and have gone far ahead within the last 6months of standstill of the Nigeria public Universities.
Who speaks for the grasses? Who hears the voice of a dead man other than the sob of his heart that keeps echoing in the ears of no one nowhere.
