ANOTHER RESULT RELEASED

Following a quick survey done by the Veterinary news organization, it has been gathered that some members of the AVMS have reacted and shown displeasure towards the news released by the organization around the results released during the Easter break.

Responding to this, the Editor-in-chief of the Veterinary news organization took some time out to reply questions directed to him.

In his response, he stated that, VNO is an independent press organization, whose job is to write and publish news, providing facts and figures to back them up.

VNO does not have any intention to cause tension, other than serve the purpose for which it answers as a press organization.

As also claimed by stakeholders within the faculty that news of such have never been released, the Editor-in-chief replied that it is not true, stating that it is the culture of the organization to always post news following a notable and documentable happenings/events within the faculty.

He also added, while addressing fellow pressmen that pressmen do their job to ensure news are written and sent out without emotions attached to it. "If a press organization will be emotional about the release of news by not stating exactly what's going on, then it has failed on its job", he said.

As much as it looks like majority were against the news released, it has also been gathered and reported that some other students and stakeholders within the faculty were able to resonate well with what a press organization stands for, by supporting the organization's dutiful activities within the faculty.

VNO has always strived within its best strength to ensure that unalloyed news are pressed.

In the same vein, the organization admonishes fellow students to ignore rumour going around, talking down the organization's credibility and trust around news being published.

It has always been a culture and it has a record that even when fellow pressmen were victims of a news about being shared, they are still being published however. This is because the job of the organization has to be done, else the purpose for which it answers as a press organization will be defeated.

It is imperative to also state clearly that a press organization does not owe the public on what kind of news often referred to as "good or bad" as this may be based on the opinion of the reader.

A press organization will only be held accountable when they give false news or if they have "cooked" up a terrible narrative.

This is the new result released, as statistics have shown that the news released during Easter, following reactions was subject to different opinions. It was also gathered that some students whose results were released, didn't know results were released until the news came out. Confirming this, the Editor-in-chief stated, "those are our audience, we don't serve based on criticism or opinions"

VNO encourages affected students to be calm as all is going to be well. A popular slang in Vet school, "we will be fine". Definitely, we will all be fine.

VNO stands to serve us all with unalloyed news, without prejudice, nepotism or witch-hunting.

Motto:
Justice and truth in the wheel of progress.
