Football has been one unifying factor across the globe and the same is true for the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.
Preparations are underway for the inter-departmental friendly between Vet and Pharmacy.
The match scheduled for Sunday, 30th June at the old SUB pitch by 3:30 pm, promises to be total fun.
The Vet team, known for its footballing prowess will be looking to prove their mettle once again against a team that they’ve always gotten the better end of. This friendly serves as a crucial warm-up for upcoming competitions in the academic session, and the team will be eager to showcase once more what they’re made of against one of their closest rivals.
While the result of the match might not hold any competitive weight, the bragging rights are certainly up for grabs. Both teams will be determined to put on a strong showing, making this friendly a must-win one.
