Today is a great day for the Faculty of Vet Medicine and her students. In continuation of the 60th anniversary celebration, students led by the Dean, Prof. Ola Davies took over the street of UI to rally, celebrate and create awareness for the 60th anniversary.
The train, which included horse riding and followed with drums and trumpets took off from the Faculty building, went through the Faculty of Agriculture, to the University gate, Abadina and back to the Faculty building.
At the moment, the Faculty building is agog with music as students are out in their numbers to witness this great occasion and ease off the normal routine and stress Vet school brings.
Final preparations for dog show are also underway as the teams are putting finishing touches to their plans.
