Distribution of Last Session Packages Continues as Administration Addresses Delay

The distribution of last session packages, which started on the 8th of April, has continued this week.

The present administration, which has taken charge of overseeing the distribution process, has maintained that the postponement in the presentation of the packages was entirely beyond their control.

To further manage the process and prevent any form of disorder or mix-up, the administration has announced that the packages will not be distributed all at once. Instead, they will be released in batches, a decision officials say is deliberate and in the best interest of all parties involved.

According to the administration, distributing the packages in pieces will help avoid confusion, reduce the risk of errors, and ensure that every eligible recipient receives exactly what they are entitled to without any complications.

Students have been strongly advised to come to the Secretariat, where their packages would be given to them, with their receipts as a mandatory requirement before any package can be released to them. The administration has stressed that this measure is in place to protect the integrity of the distribution process and to ensure that packages reach only those who are legitimately entitled to them. Any student who arrives without the appropriate receipt will not be attended to, officials warned, urging all prospective collectors to make adequate preparations before presenting themselves at the distribution point.

As the exercise continues, members of the student body have been encouraged to remain patient, maintain orderly conduct during the process, and reach out to the appropriate authorities in the event of any discrepancies or concerns regarding their packages.

The administration has assured all stakeholders that the exercise will be concluded in due course, with fairness and accountability at the forefront of the entire process.
